Riots policemen return to work

TWO policemen injured in an attack in which a colleague was murdered, are back at work, sources said yesterday.
Yemenis Ammar Mohsin, 26 and Saleh Ali Saleh, 27, based at Safra Police Station, were injured when a mob hurling Molotov cocktails attacked a police patrol vehicle in Karzakhan on April 9.
Pakistani colleague Majid Asghar Ali Kareem Baksh, aged 24, was killed in the attack.

TWO policemen injured in an attack in which a colleague was murdered, are back at work, sources said yesterday.
Yemenis Ammar Mohsin, 26 and Saleh Ali Saleh, 27, based at Safra Police Station, were injured when a mob hurling Molotov cocktails attacked a police patrol vehicle in Karzakhan on April 9.
Pakistani colleague Majid Asghar Ali Kareem Baksh, aged 24, was killed in the attack.
Mr Mohsin and Mr Saleh spent two weeks in the BDF Hospital, after suffering burns to their legs and arms, but have since returned to duty, said the sources.
Mr Baksh was reportedly savagely beaten and burned by masked men.
His body was repatriated on April 10 and buried the next day at the family cemetery in Karachi, Pakistan.
He leaves behind his father Asghar Ali, 55, mother Salma, 45, brother Azeem, 14, sisters, Sanam, 25, and Zainab, 12.
