A high committee consisting of representatives of the three stakeholders must also formed to act as a consultative body to be used to resolve various issues, said participants.
It should also play a role when it comes to the issuing of laws, to ensure that there is active participation among all sides, and that it is up to international standards.
The resolutions came out at the end of the meeting, which was organised by the Labour Ministry and held under the patronage of Labour Minister Dr Majeed Al Alawi.
The resolutions also called on the Bahrain government to establish a labour court up to international standards.
Participants also agreed that the General Federation of Bahrain Trade Unions should submit its recommendations towards improving Bahrain’s trade union laws and bringing them up to international standards.
